KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS
To protect us and to ensure you follow through on your commitment to attend the retreat you can’t change or cancel your program within 14 days of your start date. In addition once the program has started there are no refunds or cancellations for early departure or if you can’t take part for any reason. We therefore advise you to take out insurance to cover the full cost of the program to protect you in case you can’t take part for any reason.
Cancellation 21 days in advance or greater will result in forfeit of the deposit paid. If notice is given between 20 and 14 days before retreat commencement a penalty fee of 50% of the full value of the programme will apply. Cancellation less than 14 days in advance will result in nil refund.
No cancellations or refunds will be made irrespective of circumstances if you cancel within 14 days of arrival or once your program has started. You are therefore advised to seek suitable travel or other insurance that insure you against circumstances (e.g. illness, injury, family issues) that may prevent you taking part. Bookings are non-transferable. Bookings cannot be sold to another party for resale and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else.
Re-Schedule Booking Policy
Changes to dates (subject to availability) can be made up to 14 days of arrival subject to a change fee of $450 per person. You can’t reschedule your booking less than 14 days before arrival. In the event of a change you will receive a credit note for us against a future booking within 6 months. This credit will expire 6 months after your original start date.
